Privacy Policy

In short: 15 Minutes has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. Your entries stay on your device, and sync through your own iCloud account if you have iCloud enabled. We never receive them.
What we collect
Nothing. 15 Minutes has no servers and no backend. Specifically, the app does not:
- Ask you to create an account or sign in
- Collect personal information or device identifiers
- Record usage analytics or crash telemetry
- Include advertising or tracking SDKs
- Access your contacts, photos, location or microphone
Where your entries live
What you type into a time slot is stored on your device using standard iOS storage. This covers your activity log, your daily goals, your task history and your preferences.
If iCloud is enabled on your device, that same data also syncs through Apple's iCloud key-value storage so your log is consistent across your iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro. This uses your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. The developer has no access to it and no way to read your entries. Turning off iCloud for 15 Minutes in iOS Settings keeps everything on-device.
Notifications
Reminders are local notifications, scheduled and delivered on your device by iOS. When you reply to one, your answer is written straight into your log. Nothing is sent over the network.
Exporting your data
You can export your history as CSV, JSON or PDF from Settings. The file is generated on your device and shared only where you choose to send it — nothing passes through us.
Deleting your data
- Deleting the app removes all data stored on that device
- iCloud data can be removed in iOS Settings under your Apple Account, iCloud
Children
15 Minutes collects no data from anyone, including children under 13, and is suitable for all ages.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
